TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I am the owner of the Comfort Inn Hotel and Econo Lodge Motel in Atlantic City, NJ, the Best Western Hotel in Pleasantville, NJ and the Econo Lodge Motel in Egg Harbor Township, NJ and Have used Ameritelephone as my telephone hardware supplier for 15 years. I have always received prompt and professional service. The technicians are friendly, courteous and seem to always know what the problem is and how to fix it.
On a personal note, I have known Rich Belkin, Ameritelephone's owner for that same time period. Rich has always done whatever needs to be done for my properties and law firm. We started out with one hotel and Rich's company have so far installed systems in all four (4) hotel and law offices as well. We are currently planning the construction a new Holiday Inn Express hotel in Atlantic City and fully expect Ameritelephone to do the telephone work. I recommend him highly. Please call me if you have any other questions regarding this fine company. I thank you in advance and I am
Very truly yours,

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of Recommendation in favor of Ameritelephone. I have personally been involved with their company for all 20 years I have been General Manager of the Desert Sand Resort.
I can think of no other company that rivals their service, knowledge, pricing, honesty and concern for our needs. Rarely do we have problems with our telecommunications system. However, in those instances that we require their service, they have always been punctual and the service technicians have shown in-depth knowledge of their trade.
I have worked closely with Rich Belkin and Dave Franklin on many projects here at The Desert Sand Resort and Mirage Restaurant. I can honestly say that they have always kept our best interests in mind when conducting a survey, recommending products, installation, and training.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ameritelephone for telecommunication needs. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me or the owners of The Desert Sand Resort: Frank Accardi or Pat Visalli.
Sincerely,
Mr. Barnhart

Dear Rich,
When Atlantic Science and Technology (AS&1) decided to replace our telephone system, I was concerned that the process would be confusing, time consuming, and expensive. After receiving competitive quotes from three different companies, AS&T decided on AmeriTelephone for two reasons: your price was the most competitive and more importantly, we have used your company in the past and we knew that you would deliver as promised on service.
Our new system was installed February 4th, and after nearly two months we are delighted with both the product and the service. The new system does everything that was stated and where there were shortcomings, it was modified to accommodate us. All of your support personnel have been outstanding, but I want to single out Cindy Cade. Cindy is a pleasure to work with and she never makes you feel like your question is insignificant. Her initial training was clear and comprehensive and she has continued this great support with my continuous requests for modifications to the system. AS&T has been a customer of AmeriTelephone for over ten years and will continue into the unforeseen future because of your commitment to excellence and delivering on your promises.

Dear Mr. Belnick,
I am writing to thank you and your staff for a job well done on the installation of our phone system here at McCullough's Emerald Golf Links. Everyone I dealt with from Karen in the preliminary stages to Angel during the programming and training and Brian and Scott during the install were highly professional and cordial individuals. As a person who has been operating businesses in a highly competitive industry for many years I realize that service is paramount, and obviously your firm does as well. I hope I am as fortunate as you in my hiring decisions while I am building the business here at McCullough's. Once again I appreciate everything. Let me know when you want to pick up those golf passes for your staff.
Yours in Golf,

Dear Rich:
I would like to thank you and your staff for your efforts in successfully installing all of our (4) Panasonic Digital Business Telephone Systems with voice mail in a point-to-point T 1 environment.
We are in the fourth week of operation on the new system and all is well. It is a pleasure to world with a vendor that delivers a system and service as promoted during the sales process. You and your staff met and exceeded our expectations.
I would like to recognize the following individuals for their efforts during our installation and training: Cindy Cade, Dave Franklin and Angel Mackain. All AmeriTelephone staff that participated in the installation was top notch, I simply didn't work as closely with them.
I did work closely with Cindy and Dave, and would like to say they are true professionals and have command and control of the Panasonic system. Their main concern was meeting our needs. It is a pleasure to work with Cindy and Dave.
I look forward to working with you and your staff in the future.
Sincerely,
Eric Gaupp

Dear Rich:
I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much we are enjoying our new phone system. It is everything you promised and has City Hall employees excited about the direction we are moving in to upgrade the technology of City Hall.
Accordingly I would like to acknowledge Customer Service Representative Angelina MacKain for her outstanding work in coordinating the installation of the phones. Angel made what could have been a very difficult process into a very smoothly run operation. The installation of wiring and hardware was conducted in such a professional manner that City Hall services were not interrupted to the public. While training staff members Angel was able to put us at ease and her ability is more evident today since we are not experiencing any difficulty in working this new system.
I look forward to working with you and Angel as we move forward in making the Linwood City Hall a technology sound and progressive work place.
Thank you.

Rich:
Last month AmeriTelephone installed a new Panasonic DBS 96 telephone system for us. The Panasonic unit replaced our eleven-year-old. Trillium panther system that was also installed by AmeriTelephone.
Rich, to say that we are extraordinarily satisfied with the hardware, installation, and setup would be a major understatement. Your people have been wonderful!
Not only has the system improved workflow in our office significantly, but it has also proved to be extremely durable (since our fork lift operator accidentally "removed" the Panasonic switch from the wall with NO damage what so ever). Being able to program the switch from my desktop has allowed us to customize every aspect of the system for a maximum return on our investment. The automatic paging feature of the Voicemail has resulted in numerous compliments to my sales people for "quick response".
This is our second AmeriTelephone system. Both were negotiated and installed with little more than a handshake between us. We (Sanitary Supply Specialties) have very few relationships with vendors that are base on this kind of trust.
Please feel free to use me or ANY of my employees, for a reference for the Panasonic DBS 96, or AmeriTelephone, Inc.
Thanks again for making "telephones" such a painless and transparent part of our operation.
Sincerely,
SANITARY SUPPLY SPECIALISTS
